Raw buckwheat is prepared as follows: first, buckwheat grains are mechanically removed from the husk, then sorted, foreign bodies and dust are removed, after which they are ready for cooking. Hulled buckwheat grains are greenish in color and taste like nuts. Raw buckwheat is also suitable for sprouting. Food made from them makes you feel full for a longer time. It is prepared in the same way as ordinary fried buckwheat: first it is washed in water and then boiled for 10-15 minutes. You can also put buckwheat in the water in the evening so that there is 1 cm more water, and leave to stand. By morning, the water will be absorbed into the grains and they can be eaten immediately.
