Millet
Millet is a tropical food which is also a good source of minerals. It consists of a lot of magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, zinc and copper. They are all vital for a body to function normally body. Millet also has a lot of silicone and is known for being a good blood cholesterol content stabilizer. Millet has similar features to another super food, quinoa, but comes much cheaper. For preparing, wash the millet first and boil it until the water has absorbed, then add water and boil approximately for 45 minutes.
