Whole grain flakes
Wholegrain flakes are made of high quality oats that contain a lot of fiber and are bursting with true might. It’s for a reason that these flakes were named after Hercules, the Ancient Greek hero of awesome strength. To prepare oatmeal flakes, oats are first peeled, then steamed or roasted. As a result of steaming or roasting, enzymes are destroyed to make sure the flakes do not become bitter later on. After steaming, oats are rolled into flakes and dried. Prepare your porridge like so: add your flakes to boiling water or milk and boil at a low temperature for 3–5 minutes, stirring constantly. After boiling, cover and leave to stand for a few minutes. Add salt to taste. To add more flavor, also add butter, raisins, jam, or banana.
